Paraphrase and Summary Exercises

The exercises in this section provide opportunities for second language writers (ESL) of various proficiency levels to practice with paraphrase and summary writing.

Sentence Clarity: Nominalizations and Subject Position

In these exercises, students will work on sentence clarity by focusing on issues of nominalization and subject position.
