Performance testing included Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), entry control (X-Ray, metal detector, explosive detector) equipment and intrusion detection systems for the protection of personnel, equipment, nuclear weapons material, classified material and Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) facilities Wrote security comprehensive test plans and detailed reports.

* Noted and reported deficiency in metal detector hand scanning technique.

* Performance tested physical security equipment to DOE M 470.4-2A requirements.

* Held Human Reliability Program (HRP) certification until September 2010.

CONSTRUCTION SURVEILLANCE TECHNICIAN (CST) - 2005 - 2006

ESCORTED AND OBSERVED uncleared workers at construction site of new American Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan for the prevention of the introduction of electronic listening or explosive devices onto the embassy construction site. X-rayed and/or inspected materials, equipment and furnishings designated for use within Controlled Access Areas (CAAs). Randomly selected materials required for construction and installation. Performed entry control for two hundred fifty workers. Escorted uncleared personnel in sensitive areas. Maintained daily log of activity. Worked 60 - 69 hours per week for one year to accomplish the security mission at the new US Embassy.

* Discovered and moved CAA restricted floor plans in unsecure area to secure area of embassy. Though not classified, the plans were not for viewing by uncleared personnel.
