How Do I File Taxes If I Was Considered Independent Contractor For Last Job?

In my last job she had me fill out a form requesting a tax id pin, now that its tax time i have no clue how to file. Haven’t received any paperwork for that company. Don’t know exactly what i need to do my taxes? Help?
