www.irs.gov is good info and you can download the information publications along with the forms.  And there is one publication that will take you all through the 1040.</description>

But on the federal return it is hard to go wrong with the 1040...yes that means all the additional schedules.
What is the sate form number? I don&#039;t have a clue, not knowing where you live.
