I know that companies have to pay some kind of employment taxes on top of what they pay employees.
But what are these taxes that they have to pay per-employee?
Where to find the regulations?

I have never heard of employers paying an employee tax. I am from Canada and we definatly don’t have that here. In Canada the only other thing that employees are paid besides direct salary is vacation pay which is 4% of your gross net income. Other than that everything else is deducted from our paychecks. Pension, unemplyment insurance and federal taxes are all taken of our paychecks each month.

Social Security.
Some also have to pay unemployment insurance (but that’s not really a tax) but a premium.
